Hi,I requested a reservation and received the VPN creds. I could successfully connect the vpn, yet can get to the web portal or ssh on to 10.10.20.70, the allocated sandbox.Please assist.TaAR

I received an email from Cisco with the VPN credentials. I downloaded the application for Mac, attempted to sign in, but got a login failed error. I'm not sure what else to do as to me it should be straight forward. Any ideas?
