FTD Sandbox - VPN Address=None

Hi!

After launching the Firepower Threat Defense REST API sandbox, the environment is created but the VPN address is not being displayed:

The email does not include the address as well:

Am I missing something?

@wilmeralmazan you can get these from the sandbox. On the right side, click on the book icon, you will see two options 'catalog' and 'environments' - select 'environments', this will list all sandbox inc old and active. Then on the right side select quick access, this will display your information for the VPN.

I've launched the environment twice and the address under Quick Access is None:

Must be an error in the build/spin up. I would cancel this and reschedule a new one.

You're right. I tried in another sandbox and everything is working.

I tried this 3 times for the FTD sandbox but the vpn address is still not showing up. 
I tried the FMC sandbox and that kept crashing.

Any help is appreciated!
