Havent received VPN Credentials

Its been over an hour and i never received the email with VPN credentials. I received the initial email that the lab was started. userid mharper. status shows active Cisco 8000 XR Notebooks-20260218T16230857

@mharper the mail could be lost from time to time. However you should be able to see the credentials on the I/O tab from the reservation environment.

This is an image from another sandbox but should be same for the XR you are using

As a last resort you can delete and get a new reservations if there are spots open

Thanks! didnt realize they were in the IO section. I had ended and restarted the lab, but see them now.

I have not got email with VPN credentials either last week so I don't think u will get one; Just 2 emails saying "Started" and "Ready"; Use credentials u see on I/O tab from the reservation environment screen shared by Jesus.
