Help! DNA C Hardware Sandbox 2 does not pass network traffic between devices

I can get to the DevBox in this DNA Center Hardware Sandbox 2 that I have reserved and the only other device on the network that I can ping is the WLC.  I cannot get to DNA-C or anything device either by ping or http/https.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Check the sandbox is not build with errors, if this did you will have to end your reservation and build a new restoration, however, this also might be the case and skip further issues I would suggest this as the next course of action.

Same behavior after end the session and doing a new reservation.  I looked at the output and of the provisioning and there are no error messages visible.

This is the 4th time I've tried to use this sandbox and it has never worked right.  The first 2 times a couple of weeks ago I could get to the web GUI of DNA C but couldn't run any API calls against it from my machine or the devbox.

This is pretty frustrating considering it's hard to get your hands on an actual DNA C.

I understand your issue here. I have asked the ENG team to review your valuable input. DevNet just recently released a few labs that are driving very high demand. The platform may be a little slower than normal, but rest assured, our ENG team are working hard to keep everything running and delivering these exciting new labs.
