How to enable hardware-telemetry in Nexus9000 C93180YC-EX chassi

I am trying to enable feature hardware-telemetry but it is not allowing to enable. Any suggestions

Try enabling the Software Telemetry feature as this should be enabled before enabling Hardware Telemetry from what i recall.

I have enabled software telemetry which is working fine and able to get data. While trying to enable hardware-telemetry it is not allowing
