Hello, I've reseved a FMC sandbox but when I try to access the FMC via "More options" "SSH" or "HTTPS" the sites do not resolve. I'm getting the following error.

SSH error

This site can’t be reached

remote’s server IP address could not be found.

HTTPS error

This site can’t be reached

management%20center’s server IP address could not be found.

Since I'm new at this I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly.

Thanks

Sounds you are clicking on the node in the sandbox topology? I think once you have got your email username and password you following the link in the sidebar https://fmcrestapisandbox.cisco.com/api/api-explorer/

@bigevilbeard  Thank you for the reply, yes I was clicking on the node in the sandbox tolology. I'm following a Learning Lab which is what lead me to the Sandbox. Looking at this lab, it has me logging into the FMC via the GUI using the provided Sandbox creds  in order to create a "APIuser". Following the provided url with the creds take me to a site with what appear to be API calls. So maybe these are two unrelated things. Maybe I need to do some more reading. Thanks

No problem - i do not know the learning lab, so if this does say click on the nodes and open the SSH/UI and it does not work, then it would sound like an issue which needs looking into with the sandbox.

@bigevilbeard Thanks for the help. I got it figured out. I just needed to do some more reading. I was a little thrown by the first step of the lab but after reading on it got clearer. Your first reply was correct. I needed to use the API calls from https://fmcrestapisandbox.cisco.com/api/api-explorer/. Thanks

Sure thing @chrismeisner if you can you leave feedback for the learning lab here https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/learning-labs-issues - just put a PR in.
