How to Extending Sandbox

Hi Cisco support Team,

Now we can manually setup a sendbox and can extend the Sendbox time to Six days, I want to know, If the Six days Towards the end, Could we Extend another Six days for current SendBox? Or the Sendbox Max Life time is Six days can not extend more?

If we want extend more Sandbox time(More than Six hours), What should we do?
PS: My Sendbox is BroadWorks R23

Hi Simon,

You cannot extend the reservation by yourself. But sandbox team is glad to extend it for you. Please let us know your desired lab duration and we can add more days for you.

Thanks for your quick reply, We are preparing for the Compatibility test for the Broadworks R23, Once start will take about One month, When it comes time to launch the test, I'll ask you help to extend the Sandbox.

Could you please extend / renew my Room Kit CE 9.9 Sandbox reservation.
It has expired 2 days ago. But I'm still experimenting with SSH access.
Would be great to have 2 days more.
