How to test sandbox network based recording feature

Dear Cisco community, 

How can I test the Cisco PCCE or UCCX network-based recording feature in our DevNet sandbox environment? I want to test this with Amazon Chime Voice Connect Network-based recording integration. I am following the below guide to config the environment, but just realized that this sandbox environment seems to have strict firewall rules that will block the outgoing network requests. Appreciate any suggestions on how I can overcome this issue. Thanks!
