How to work with DevNet Sandbox and new CML license

Hello, I just purchased my CML license.

I am under the impression that this is for DevNet not to download locally.

When I go to the site I don't see any link to upload my license file or create my a sandbox.

Is CML only available to be used with local VMWare Fusion installs to my local PC?

Hmm .. CML license for DevNet sandbox .. not come across this before. 

Usually, the license is bought to install CML locally .. for DevNet sandboxes you don't need to buy a license. 

Not sure if I'm missing something here is there a new license or something?

That's where I think I made my mistake. Conflating the CML license with the DevNet Sandbox because of the way I'm reading the pages. 

My understanding of the DevNet Sandbox is it's for short testing, you can't save your work on DevNet and probably have to download the images and upload them when you want to create your lab again. I tried this but it didn't work the way I thought it was supposed. The passwords didn't work and not all the nodes restarted.
