I would like to enable the guest-to-guest meetings service app

Hello, I am currently developing an app for communication between command issuers and operators by using WebEx's meeting capabilities to create rooms and communicate within tasks. The main features will be chat, voice, and video call. I believe I may need to use the guest-to-guest meetings service app and WebEx's developer sandbox. Am I understanding this correctly? And if I need the guest-to-guest meetings service app and developer sandbox, what should I do to be able to test them? Or if there is a better approach, please feel free to suggest. But I should mention that none of the users in my system have WebEx accounts, so I plan to create guest tokens from the guest-to-guest meetings service app.

@sakanomakeit you can request a G2G Sandbox here https://developer.webex.com/docs/service-apps-as-g2g-meeting-facilitator-guide . This document also describes how the Service App G2G feature works in detail, but feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Also just to note, we have a separate board for Webex for Developers, this topic sounds more like something for that board: https://community.cisco.com/t5/webex-for-developers/bd-p/disc-webex-developers

Hello Janos Benyovszki

The link you mentioned  https://developer.webex.com/docs/service-apps-as-g2g-meeting-facilitator-guide doesn't contain the licence purchase approach , it contains very clear technical guides .
my use case is using G2G services , we have successfully implemented the  technical integration , then the technical team adviced us to contact the sales , since 5 days we are waiting for sales reply !!!

please advice how to purchase the licence  of G2G .

@seddin the reason why I sent you a technical guide is because this is a technical forum. Also, the technical team you mentioned is most likely my team, the Developer Support team and that is indeed a technical team too, that does not handle license purchase queries. Unfortunately I will have to redirect you back to Sales. Not sure why they are not responding to you, we have no direct contact with them, but you can try calling them on the number here https://use.webex.com/contact-sales?lang=en .
