Invitation email does not arrive to users added to Devnet SandBox

Hello.
I am currently using Labo from Devnet SandBox Collaboration 10.5.
I added a user to "PERMITTED USER", but it seems that the invitation mail has not arrived to the added user.
Is there a way to solve something?
Please reply.

Hi Kiyotomo,

 

The "permitted user" option is not working currently.

 

Could you please share: 

-  Your reservation id

-  userid to be added 

 

with us so we can setup VPN account for you.
