IOS XE Always On is not reachable

Hi,

I having issue accessing "sandbox-iosxe-latest-1.cisco.com". I cannot access since yesterday. When I try to SSH I get the following error:

ssh developer@sandbox-iosxe-latest-1.cisco.com

kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

We have the same issue with sandbox-iosxe-recomm-1.cisco.com

Could you please take a look at the issue. Thank you for the assistance.
