IOS XE on CSR Recommended Code AlwaysOn credentials not valid

Hi team,

I'm trying to access to sandbox-iosxr-1.cisco.com using the credentials listed in the instructions "developer/C1sco12345" but the access is denied. Could you please check?

@magmartin XR sandbox uses `admin` as the login name

Sorry, but I had a mistake in the previous post and included the link to the IOS XR Programmability sandbox which is working fine with the credentials you provided.

I'm really experiencing problems with the IOS XE on CSR always on sandbox: https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/RM/Diagram/Index/27d9747a-db48-4565-8d44-df318fce37ad?diagramType=Topology

Specifically connecting to the host "sandbox-iosxe-recomm-1.cisco.com" with the username 'developer'. I have tried with 'admin' also just in case but I have the access denied again.

@magmartin yeah looks like the username or password has been changed by another user. Open a support ticket HERE i guess.
