Hi all,
In the "Collaboration 10.5 Lab" sandbox lab, I see that there are 2 UCM server, but no CTIManger.
But in fact, there are CTIManger server before UCM servers. And JTAPI Client only inter-operates with the CTIManger servers.
So, is there sandbox for CTIManger, or what's the CTIManger connection information on the above Collaboration 10.5 Lab?
Thanks,
Simon

CTI-Manager is a service/process that can be enabled on CUCM itself. Any of the CUCM nodes can have CTI-Manager service enabled, and an application can connect to CTI-Manager on any CUCM nodes to control any phone on the cluster.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Regarding the "Any of the CUCM nodes can have CTI-Manager service enabled", do you refer to the CUCM servers in the sandbox labs, or product ENV?
In the developer guide of JTAPI, it describes that 2 CTIMansger servers can do redundancy, and there are many CUCM servers behind them.

In the Sandbox or production, CTI Manager can be enabled on any node.
JTAPI applications can specify multiple CTI-Managers when they perform the provider connection - these will be used for failover/redundancy.
