Issue in deploying Catalyst 9000 Always-On Sandbox -20251029T06335565

Hello team,

I've been facing an issue with deploying the always on cisco catalyst 9000 Always-on it takes a lot of time and then it shows an error saying in the resource tab error no asset found on the cisco XR always on I face the same issue what can I do as I have a final year project demonstration and I have to use these two machines to show case my project.

@abbasjaber101 the xr device, just copy the user details out of the instruction from the right side panel.

 I cannot spin up the catalyst 9000, i get a different error - team will need to advise here.

I Know Cisco XR spins up but refuses any connection neither with Netconf on port 830 nor ssh on port 22 I used script on it and tried connecting using putty both cases the connection was refused.

@abbasjaber101 I see the xr device has the port 22 open, what do error do you get when trying to ssh to the device?

In putty I just get a black screen and refuses to connect massage in my script the same thing.

@abbasjaber101 for now, the XR Always-On doesn't require you to launch a reservation. You can use it directly with what you find in the instructions. This might explain why you see the asset not found error.

This will change in the future; we are adding tacacs and once that is done, you will need to launch the reservation. We will publish here on the community once we deploy that change.

I just tested with iterm2 and VScode and I can ssh. I suspect this can be a problem with putty. can you try with other terminal client?

I can see the C9K AO is respoding now. But at the moment there is a banner on the sandbox GUI that "ocassional 'active with error' labs" are happening. So try in a few hours.
