I am connected to the VPN and when i try to access SSH to the 9K a new window opens and then i get this message.

CONNECTION ERROR

The remote desktop server is currently unreachable. If the problem persists, please notify your system administrator, or check your system logs.

Cancel the reservation and try that again, also try and use putty or your terminal to ssh to the devices. If both these items fail you should report this here

Are you able to ping the IP address of the device ? You need to investigate with local administrator of network ?
