Issues connecting to devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20210

Hi, I booked the nexus lab today but so far I'm not able to anyconnect to devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20210. I can connect as a test to devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20104 and I get the login box but not 20210.

Do you know how I can resolve this.. Seems to be a common problem as I've seen previous identical posts...

I'm also encoutering this issue when using devnetsandbox-emea-gwy.cisco.com:20212. The error says "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity."

I have no problem with my internet connection. It's stable.
