Jabber Remote Desktop Cannot Connect to Server

Hello,

I have problem using sandbox with UCCX 11.6 as can be seen in attachment

Jabber in remote desktop cannot login properly due to "Unable to communicate with server"

I also have tried to use Jabber using my laptop but it's the same response

So i havent't been able to use the sanbox at all for call and need assistance.
