Lab failed to fully deploy, now is stuck in phase Teardown.

I started a Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 12.5 about an hour ago.

It failed at creation, which normally means after 4 or 5 more minutes it will have torn itself down so I can try again.

But this lab has now been stuck in state "Teardown" for 50+ minutes and shows no signs of ever completing this process.

I cannot click to stop this lab - it's *already* being stopped

I cannot create a new lab - the existing one is stuck in Teardown state and I can't have two labs running at once.

I'm sort of stuck here, can someone unstick this failed lab?

I do not know if someone saw this and poked it, or if it finally just did finish on its own.  But it did finish the teardown phase right around 3.5 hours after it has started trying to tear itself down.

A wee bit slower than the usual 3 to 5 minutes, but I'll take it.
