Looking for instructions on using sandbox to test JTAPI application

Hi,

I'm new to the Sandbox. I have an existing JTAPI applications that I would like to test with a Cisco Provider for a potential customer.

I'm looking for step-by-step instructions on how to provision a switch ( CUCM presumably ) so that my app can connect and test basic functions such as:

1. adding listener

2. placing calls on hold/unhold

3. Create a Call

4. Transfer a call.

Hello there,

Could you expand upon what you mean by "provision a switch"? In the basic collab Sandboxes, you should be able to connect your app via VPN and interact with CUCM in your reservation.

Do you, or have you made a Sandbox reservation yet?
