Meraki Always On Lab OTP verification

I am attempting to Launch the Meraki Always On Lab.  In the launch instructions there is this message in regards to OTP.

Meraki has enhanced security features which will ask OTP verification for new IP login since Dec. 2022. Please refer Authentication Enhancements and New Dashboard Security Features for details.

To avoid the OTP verification, please access the Meraki Dashboard from a private browser tab

I have tried chrome, firefox, and edge with a private browser tab.  In all 3 cases I am unsuccessful bypassing the OTP verification. 

Is there any other way around the OTP verification so I can access the Meraki Always On Lab.

Would it be possible we need to connect to VPN first? The problem is it mention we will have the VPN credential in the email but I was not able to find it mentioned in the email.
