Meraki Small Business Sandbox - Active with Error

I have a reservation for the meraki small business sandbox for another 5 hours, however I am unable to log in as I haven't been presented with the vpn details. The sandbox is in a state "active (with error)" and I can see it says the below:

Detailed Error Message:
"errors":No meraki networks available

Please could I gain access to this sandbox asap?

I've just tried reserving it again but it's now saying there's no availability until Monday 3rd July. Is there any way around this? I kinda needed access today if possible as I'm doing some last minute studying for an exam.
