Need additional VPN Accounts

Hello,

 

We are reserving the Collaboration 12.0 lab but only the owner is receiving the vpn credentials. In looking at the output of the Lab, I only see his vpn account was created. Can we please get the other vpn credentials for the people that have access to the lab? Sandbox id is: a0cb0db3-8fec-4288-a822-63379c1e71f5

Hi bhabermann,

 

We've setup 3 VPN accounts manually and sent the credentials to them.

Thank you. I was able to login with them last Friday and now I can not log in with any of my VPN accounts. Can you please help?
