can you help me about permitted user to access Unified Contact Center Express 11.6
my Sandbox ID: 62e22701-dd0c-458f-a70d-421a77bb8047
i've permitted user: pranotobudi2544 but that user doesn't receive email about vpn to join my sandbox

sorry mr. zowu but the owner(enggayroe@gmail.com) and permited user(pranotobudi2544) receive email with same username credential vpn(pranotobud), so i can't test call. can you send different account vpn for sanbox id

enggayroe should get his VPN in lab setup stage. Please check your lab ready email for the credentials.
