Hello,
I am a developer for an application which uses the AXL api method executeSQLQuery to query the UCM database for configuration data which we use to analyze call detail records.
Our API calls no longer work with UCM V14, so I hope to use the collaboration 14 sandbox to test our API. However, I cannot get past the VPN setup required. When I attempt to download the Secure Client 5 install for Windows, I get a popup which says I need to enter an "exact address" in order to complete the download. When I click on the link and log in again, I get sent to a dead webpage.
Any help would be appreciated.
John

Do you mean the VPN client any connect? In order to do this you need a Cisco contract. If you do not have one you can use OpenConnect as your VPN client to connect to the sandbox.
Hope this helps.

My company is a Cisco Partner. How does that help us?
Also, I've tried OpenConnect but it didn't authenticate, so I probably am not configuring it correctly.
