Networking Sandbox account issues (error)

I am interested in learning more about IOS XE and created an account to access the developer sandboxes, however after activiating my account and attempting to log in to view all the sandboxes I encounter the following error.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Trying clearing the cache and use a private browser. I login using my Cisco ID, but you can use other things like social media login etc..
