Can you access the pages we go through to get to the download?
https://developer.cisco.com/docs/sandbox/getting-started/#sandbox-vpn-info
and
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283000185
As you can see, both are accessible. Can you reach the download page but are having trouble actually downloading the file?
There is this confusing blurb...
I was able to download that version after inputing some basic info, but I'm a Cisco Employee so it was already pre-filled.
I see in the Reviews that others are having the same issue as you: https://software.cisco.com/download/reviews?mdfid=286281283&release=4.10.08029&softwareId=282364313&ts=8HF9JW6IN3XDNPGKKET1714075628256
I recommend sending a message to this mailer: ask-anyconnect@cisco.com
I hope this helps.

You need a service contract with Cisco to download the anyconnect client, sadly the free version which used to be downloadable for the sandbox of anyconnect is longer there. Many folks use openconnect with the sandbox, as you do not have a contract, this would be your only options if you want to use the reservable/vpn sandboxes.
