Not getting licenses for launching simulation

I have reserved Multi-IOS Cisco Test Network lab and getting error message that Failed to check lincense status. It seems that Virl server is not able to get the licenses for the IOS supported.

Please help.

If you are talking about CML (not VIRL) and reserved  via (or from) DevNet, they are undergoing essential maintenance right now.

I believe that maintenance should start on Thursday August 13th. Still couple of days to go.
