Not receiving VPN Credentials

Hi,

I just reserved a Meraki Enterprise Sandbox. However, I did not receive any VPN Credentials to connect to it.

Also as stated in https://community.cisco.com/t5/devnet-sandbox/not-receiving-vpn-credentials-for-sandbox/td-p/3791642

i cannot find the VPN credentials under the Output window.

What should I do?

Kind regards,

Marko

I see in this case the output quick fix will not work, per the sandbox instructions.

An active reservation is required for this sandbox.
Once your reservation is setup, you will receive an email from noreply@meraki.com asking you to login to the Meraki Dashboard.Once logged in,
you will be able to identify the network you have administrator access to by selecting the Network dropdown on the left rail and seeing the one
with your email address appended. You have read access to all other networks, but only Administrator access to that network.
You will be able to see the network assigned on login AND be able to access the network topology by accessing Network->Monitor->Topology.

And so you do not use the VPN, hence no information is provided in the output window here.

Hey there,  The output window will display this, it's a good place to look if you want to find your VPN information, or suspect there may have been errors in the sandbox setup. To view the output window:

  • Enter your reservation, and press the "Output" button located in the top toolbar.

This button is a toggle, which will show and hide the window. Please note that you can drag the instructions window around.

Hope this helps.

The output window only shows what is added below (I anonymized my mail and username):

14:46:23 Environment Driver Setup has begun

Setting up Meraki Instance
Username: xxxxxxxx@xxx
Email: xxxxxxxx@xxx
Setup Complete, please check your email for password setup from Meraki!
14:46:56 Lab Setup Complete. Lab is ready for use!

14:47:01 Driver Complete.

Hi, me too I have the same problem. The first email I receive mentions that I will receive the second email with the credentials and information to set up a VPN tunnel but in the second email these information are not there. This is what I have:

Enter your lab's private VPN connection information:

  • Lab Network Address:
  • Username:
  • Password:

As you can see information after the colon (:) are missing.
