Before 4/21/23 I was able to successfully use gnmic to stream from the device for testing. Has anyone else seen this issue?

The following lab has a malfunctioning IR1101. While after the lab has finished setting up, the environment shows "Active (with error)". Moreover, the IR 1101 shows to not be properly started.
