NX-API with VIRL sandbox

Having an issue fully accessing this environment.

Once connected to the Sandbox via VPN I cannot ping any of the NXOS elements in the Sandbox ( for example 172.16.1.82).  I can ssh into the attached Ubuntu host on 10.10.10.195, so that should confirm that part of the environment is up and working. 

Any guidance appreciated
