Password error loggging into finesse 11.5 in sandbox

I have reserved and connected to a UCCX 11.5 sandbox.

I've opened a VPN connection with AnyConnect.

I've connected to Finesse in a Firefox browser. (at https://hq-uccx.abc.inc:8445/desktop)

When I enter into Finesse a Username (such as Agent001), Password (ciscopsdt) and Extension (6001) as specified in the 'Agent Information' table, I get the error: Invalid ID or password. Please try again. Same error with other Usernames also.

Yes I have the same problem. I have been using the sandboxes for over a year now but as of about a week ago you can't login an agent. Jabber logs in fine, administrator account is fine, but the agent desktops keep getting a 401 error. I have tried finesse 12 and 11.5 and they both fail to log-in agents.

Can we get a confirmation from Cisco that the issue is because of a certificate expiry across the sandboxes and that this will be resolved soon? Is this going to be covered by the system maintenance period on the 3rd April?
