I have discovered a case where PCCE 12.6 lab sends out invalid event via XMPP.
The case is following (executed on Finesse Desktop):
1) Agent A dials the queue
2) Agent B answers
3) Agent A holds the connection
4) Agent B holds the connection.
Everything seems to work fine while looking at Finesse Desktop (both connections are held), however, an invalid XMPP event is sent out. The event states that Agent A is in ACTIVE state (which is wrong) and Agent B is in HELD state (which is correct).
I have tested the case on UCCX 12.5 sandbox and everything is fine here (both Agent statuses are HELD in the event sent via XMPP).
Have anyone of you also had this problem? If so, is the event sent out via XMPP correct on the full version of UCCE?
