PCCE sandbox - no VXML gateway/VVB

I am starting up a PCCE sandbox. I do not see neither VXML gateway nor VVB server in the inventory. The only gateway is vCube. How is it possible to run a PCCE solution without VXML gateway or VVB server?

Can someone please help guide me?

The lab is setup for the features mentioned to test as per the instructions given under the overview section. Did you had chance to check that.
