Provision_WebEx ended with status Failed with error: Unknown error

I keep getting the error "Provision_WebEx ended with status Failed with error: Unknown error" when I try to provision webex.  I found another thread mentioning I had to have a mixed case password with no dictionary words, so I changed the password I entered but still had the same issue.  Is webex currently experiencing an issue, or is some workaround needed to get past this error?

Sorry you're having trouble with this lab. Could you send me a screenshot of exactly how you're entering in the data for the lab, I'll assume that the password is mixed case with non dictionary words and so on.

Here is what I am entering.  The provisioning starts, and after a few seconds I get the error I initially posted.

Your password mixed case is good, but you also need to include a number in there as well.
