"502 Bad Gateway" error when trying to run REST API login request to sandboxapicdc.cisco.com

Hello All,

Just trying to understand what might be the cause of the following:

I'm trying to get login token by sending POST request "https://64.103.37.54/api/aaaLogin.json" (64.103.37.54 is resolved as sandboxapicdc.cisco.com) and getting 502 Bad Gateway error.

But, when I use domain name instead of the IP, everything works just fine:

"https://sandboxapicdc.cisco.com/api/aaaLogin.json"
