RDP to Jabber in Unified Contact Centre Express 11.5

Hi,

As the lab description, there are Jabber1 and Jabber2 which we can rdp to and control the softphone there. However, the guide seems not to provide a ip address for FQDN for the Jabbers. I changed our DNS 10.10.20.100 and try to rdp to "jabber1", but the address was not got resolved. Please advise us how to rdp to
