Hello Stephen,

Sorry about this trouble. Do you currently have a reservation open with this issue? Also, please let me know what version of AnyConnect you're using, and what OS your computer is running.

Thanks!

Jacob

Hi Jacob,

I am using Anyconnect 3.1.09013 on Windows 10 Pro (x64)

I currently have a reservation open and I’m unable to connect. My external IP is 89.101.228.129.

Stephen,

Apologies for the delay. Just picking up this case now. Your reservation has probably expired in which case you would need to make another booking.

Let us know what state your at and we can work through any VPN issues you have.

Joe Kearns

Hi,

Please be advised that I have set up another reservation which is active for 1 week.

Can you see from your side what the connection issue could be?

Regards

Stephen

Stephen,

I see its currently setting up. When the Credentials come through we can try the connection.

Joe

Stephen,

just tested the VPN connection to your new 11.5 sandbox and it works fine. I am using a Mac.

Did you manage to get connected or are you seeing an issue?

Joe

I am unable to connect. VPN connection could not be established

Can you see my connection trying to connect?

External IP is 89.101.228.129.

I have just disconnected from the VPN using your credentials. Only one connection per set of creds is allowed at any one time

Please try the connection now.

Joe

Tried to connect again.

I have tried a telnet to that IP and port number and found we can’t connect. We have made sure that the IP and port are not being blocked by our firewall, however, could you advise if there are any extra ports that we potentially need to allow through in order to connect?
