Looks like the Devnet Sandbox for "Cisco Intersight Service for HashiCorp Terraform" is broken. The plans stayed stuck in queued in Terraform Cloud forever and when checking in Intersight it looks like the Assist Appliance is offline for the past 8 days.

Thanks for pointing this out. It looks like the sandbox you mention has been shelved for some time. Please try this sandbox instead for Intersight and Terraform:

The Assist Appliance, as well as the Terraform Cloud and Agent are all connected.
