I have been doing some testing using the “Packaged Contact Center Enterprise” sandbox in the past month, but during the last 2 days, Finesse always is showing up offline. Also looks like the DNS resolution are not working as well, looks like it has to do something with that.

Also after connecting to the VPN, the preferred DNIS server are set to “10.10.20.100” and “8.8.8.8.”
