Hi,
I have not been able to connect to the sandbox. I've tried on both windows and Mac. please let me know what troubleshooting steps I can take.

@ChristopherYounger36652 is the VPN not connecting or the sandbox not being built successfully? The link you provided is to your reservation which only you can see - which sandbox is this happening on?

Hi Everyone,
Yes indeed, I was able to successfully delete and then create a new on demand sandbox.
( ++ New sandbox works fine without any errors )
