SIP registration failes in Broadworks Sandbox

Hi,

I have reserved a Sandbox Broadworks. I have tried to register X-Lite as well as our own SIP devices. When using TCP there, the TCP connection is established and Register is sent but no response is received either SIP or TCP ack.

When using UDP I get a 401 response, but it does not contain any challange.

It works now, used wrong user. 

The new problem is making calls it looks like the Contact address is wrong. It is the local address  10.10.20.137

Now calls work with UDP.

but it is still not possible using TCP.

Now the old UDP problem is happening again. The Contact address in the messages from Broadworks contains a local IP address that is not accessible.
