UCCX 11.5 Sandbox has 3 domain-controllers. This seems like overkill for such a small domain:
10.10.20.100 should be domain controller
10.10.20.12 & 10.10.20.13 looks like they've just been cloned from 10.10.20.100 and both are named directory.abc.inc. And they both think they are domain controller and also have server role for DNS.
It's pretty time-consuming to work with - I just wanted to add a simple group policy and are now forced to rework the whole directory structure... Could someone fix this??
Please create three Jabber servers like in UCCX 11.6 Sandbox and name them Jabber1, 2, 3 and join them to domain.
Also make it possible to let all UCCX users RDP to a server, so you can have multiple agents logged into Finesse at the same time.
It's kind of fun that agents are named like Jane and John Doe - but when working with a test setup and trying to find agent001 in the AD it would be better to just name the agents 001, 002 etc. Or if you really have to what about Jane (agent001), John Doe (agent002)?
