I have reserved the IOS XR Programmability Sandbox, but after the VPN connection, I could not access the routers.

Which port were you trying to ssh to please?

The VPN connection information which is sent via email, then I use the information access shown on the sandbox page. The SSH port given there is 2231

Hey there, i reserved a SBX just now and i can access the devices with the information/instructions in the sandbox
