The secure gateway has rejected the connection attempt. A new connection attempt to the same or another secure gateway is needed, which requires re-authentication.

I experience the same issue when disconnecting and trying to re-connect to a reservation.

Hi Rick,
I noticed your last reservation was expired and you've just spun up a new one. I tried the new credential and it is working here.

I have another reservation that has had the same error occur today. I have extended the reservation, but will need a new reservation tomorrow.

If you need further time to debug this particular reservation please create a second reservation of the same type for my use.

Hi Rick,
I've checked your reservation# c1163054-8d74-4731-bfb9-e6feb06b222e and my vpn connection is fine.
As you know, our VPN headend currently only supports 1 connection per user. Have you tried 2 connections using same cred?

Yeah, I just spin up a new reservation to fix the issue. quickest solution better than waiting over a day for a response.
