Unable to access Cisco container platform through the UI

Hello,

I am connected to the Sandbox VPN provided but I am unable to reach the UI at https://10.10.20.30:30894

Also ping to 10.10.20.30 is failing 

$ ping 10.10.20.30

PING 10.10.20.30 (10.10.20.30): 56 data bytes

Request timeout for icmp_seq 0

Request timeout for icmp_seq 1

Request timeout for icmp_seq 2

However ping to some other devices in the sandbox is ok E.g below ping to the vCenter 10.10.20.12

$ ping 10.10.20.12

PING 10.10.20.12 (10.10.20.12): 56 data bytes

64 bytes from 10.10.20.12: icmp_seq=0 ttl=127 time=94.363 ms

64 bytes from 10.10.20.12: icmp_seq=1 ttl=127 time=81.206 ms

64 bytes from 10.10.20.12: icmp_seq=2 ttl=127 time=83.092 ms
