unable to access sandbox

hi, is there any ongoing issue with "Cisco 8000 SONiC Notebook sandbox lab " . I am able to access the VPN, but when I try to access the emulator notebook , it says 'site cant be reached', 'connection refused'. 

• Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-usw1-reservation.cisco.com:20104
• this is the error I get

This site can’t be reached

The sandbox issue was reported and is fixed. I tested it myself on Wednesday the 9th:

Hi,

   I could not try past couple of days. I tried it, now I am able to VPN to the setup but still cant access the

nodes itself within the lab and get 'connection refused' on SSH. I have 4 nodes and all of them I get the same connection refused.

I'll try to respawn and see. Attached snapshot of the error

btw can you also let me know what was the original issue which caused the problem. I'll also raise a ticket for the below
