unable to access servers

Hi All

currently i have reserved the lab , i can connect to the vpn without any issue however i am unable to access any server .

tried to ping servers without no success .

would someone help me ?

Ahmed,

You reservation is deleted. Please book another sandbox lab at your convenience. We will extend that reservation to make up for the time you lost. We will monitor on this side.

Ah. i just see you earlier mail. Collaboration 10.5. We are checking on this now.

There seems to be an issue with the network allocated to you. We are troubleshooting this right now but to save time I am going to end your current reservation. You can then book another 10.5 lab and a new network will be assigned to you.

I am ending your reservation now.
