Unable to connect DevBOX 10.10.20.50

Hi ,

 

I booked a Learning Lab of CI/CD Pipeline with Lab Network Address: devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20222

I am Unable to connect or ping DevBOX 10.10.20.50 , However able to connect to Kubernetes Master Node 10.10.20.21
