Unable to connect to IOS XE sandbox

I have tried connecting via all methods (ssh, netconf, rest) with no luck.  Every method returns a timeout error.  Anyone else having any issues?

Backend engineering team fixed the issue with the device and all calls are now working.

I am not getting the VPN information to connect to this Sandbox after making a reservation

Hi,

 

You can retrieve your VPN information from "Output Window" in your reservation page.

for some reason that output for the VPN is not being displayed for me

Hi mf6872001,

 

I am not sure what happened.  But the easiest way  is to kill the reservation and reserve again.  Please let me know if you have this issue again.

Correct...that is why (as far as I know) VPN is not relevant here as you connect with the publicly-accessible FQDN.
